The cottage is beautiful and the renovation has been wonderful. So
many lovely, relevant touches. The cleanliness was faultless and the quality of sheets, towels, soap etc amazing. Appreciate things like the flowers, beer and biscuits. Everything was very welcoming and home from home. Things like the games and puzzles were lovely on chilly afternoons.

"The service offered by HB Services is absolutely fantastic. My linen comes back smelling gorgeous and beautifully ironed and it makes changeovers almost a pleasure! Why did I ever do my own linen when I could have left it to the professionals?
Now I feel really proud dressing the beds and hanging up the towels. Even my guests have commented on the lovely clean linen and soft bath towels.
Mark and Hayley are extremely professional, punctual , reliable and very likeable people to work with. I would highly recommend the service they provide. "

Both Hayley and Mark are perfectionists and this shows from the reliable service that they provide.
I feel proud when I have made the beds and laid the towels out ready for my incoming guests, as everything smells fresh and feels soft. They make a great friendly team and nothing is ever too much trouble.

This is a great company.
Very high quality service with beautiful Egyptian cotton bedding and everything else I need. I love the fact that when I open the linen bag everything is beautifully pressed and folded-and so thoughtfully arranged in the right order for bed making!! Most importantly the customer service is excellent, and also the service is very good value. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone-I wish I had discovered them sooner, they give me some very precious time back during my changeovers, which also saves using the washing machine, and spending hours drying, folding, ironing and storing linen-Cheers HB!

HB Services provide an excellent punctual, reliable and honest professional laundry service to my holiday let in Maenporth, and they really go that extra mile when you are in fix.The linen is is always fresh, crisp, clean and sparkling white. The guests are very happy, and so am I! Hayley and Mark run a close knit operation and have the biggest hearts and the friendliest smiles in the whole of Cornwall, and this shines though in all aspects of their business. It is a real pleasure to deal with them both. I wish them the best of luck with their expanding business.

We started using HB six months ago after the previous laundry damaged (beyond repair) our 1000 thread count Egyptian Cotton bedding. Hayley and Mark are very approachable, careful and diligent. They both work extremely hard and are very approachable. Unfortunately, they had a baptism of fire as the first week one of our guests left silver hair dye, tanning solution, blue makeup stains and glue on one set of linen. Hayley was determined to remove all the staining even though the glue was very problematic to remove. Six months on I have had no problems at all. The linen is returned pristine and always with a smile.

Hayley and her team provide us with a genuine five star service for our holiday rental cottage in Mevagissey. The linen provided is first class but if it's possible the service from Hayley and her partner is even better. We like dealing with nice people who care about service - Hayley is just lovely to deal with and nothing seems too much trouble for her. Long may they continue they deserve loads of success.

HB services have been providing linen, towels and advice for our first holiday let. They have been absolutely brilliant. The linen is beautiful and arrives in immaculate condition every time without fail. The towels are pristine, fluffy and delightful and our guests love them. We are sure it has been a major factor in the rave reviews we have received for our holiday home and the linen and towels are often specifically mentioned. Compared to buying and maintaining a stock of towels and linen as well as washing, ironing and replacing them as required yourself, the cost seems comparable for a vastly superior product. Would thoroughly recommend. Five stars is not enough.

Thank you for your fantastic service today, that was a very big problem dealt with swiftly and efficiently and the quality of your linen is far superior to the linen we have been using, exactly the quality we want for the standard we set ourselves.

HB Services launder the linen and towels for our family holiday let. The first time my 5 year old slept in one of the beds, she insisted we all washed our feet first as the linen was so perfect! She even commented on how smooth and soft the beds felt. It is an incredible efficient and reliable service with a personal touch at a reasonable price. HB Linen & Laundry will also rise to a challenge. They managed to wash out stains on some very large “ dry clean only” sofa cushions from a beautiful Italian sofa that we had inherited without damaging them at all. They came out beautifully and it was much better than having to buy a new sofa! I highly recommend HB Services.
